Sahil Sharma

PGDBM – 2004-2006

Manager Business Development

Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd

My tenure at college was one of the most informative periods of my time. I got lot of valuable inputs from the faculty & visiting staff. We really got a deep insight into the corporate world, its processes & mannerism. This was a platform that elevated us from being naïve graduates to industry ready post graduate.

My Farewell Note

I think time is like a bird that spreads its wings and flies away. As just two years back I entered GNIM as a student but today I leave it as its alumni.

Monday would still remain the first working day of the week but this Monday we won’t be found rushing towards our classes at 9:30 am, at 1:15 pm, in the canteen we won’t be seen sharing our lunch with friends and at 4:30 pm neither of us would pass through the gates of GNIM.

“Every moment spent in GNIM was bliss,
But from today everything about it we will surely miss.”

From now on things would change as we would formally join the alumni league. Change is inevitable but still few personality traits in few gifted people remain unaltered even with the passage of time. The benevolence and vision of our DG Sir and Dean Sir would take GNIM to the zenith of success. The faculty that taught us not only the concepts and intricacies of Management but also the Art of Living would still lent their warmth and patient listening to the queries of freshers who would soon join GNIM to fill the void created by us. The Placement Cell would still make its earnest endeavours to place its GNIMites in the best organizations. The admin staff would still be the effective grievance handlers as we have known them. The non-admin staff would still remain helpful just the way they have been. The students of GNIM would spread the fragrance of the values instilled in them.

So GNIM would still remain the same close knit family for years to come, just the way it has been, so I bid adieu to GNIM with my heartiest gratitude to each and every member of GNIM for making my each moment spent here as the ones which would be rejoiced forever…

I want to thank you for your love, affection, support, guidance and for all you have done for me here at GNIM. It’s really been a pleasure studied with such agood institute.

To my Faculty: I thank you for the initial effort that you had put-in to assess my capabilities and for assigning me tasks which matched my strengths.
